Apex Education is an education planning and student management firm rooted in Irvine, California, serving families across Southern California. We focus on international and local students already in the U.S., and on families where parents are unfamiliar with the American school system or unable to stay closely involved in academics.
Many students are physically in the U.S. but lack systematic support in course selection, GPA management, activity planning, application timing, school communication, and long-term direction. We aim to be more than an “application consultant” — a long-term planner, communicator, and companion inside the American education system.
Our founding team has spent years studying, living, and working in the United States, with backgrounds spanning American high school, undergraduate, and graduate education — including UCLA, UCI, University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), and Columbia University.
Brian 成长于美国教育体系，毕业于哥伦比亚大学 Columbia University。作为在美国出生长大的华裔教育规划顾问，他熟悉美国学生在日常学习、选课与申请中面临的真实问题，也理解华人家庭对子女教育的期待与沟通方式。Brian grew up in the American education system and graduated from Columbia University. As an American-born Chinese education advisor, he understands the real, day-to-day challenges U.S. students face — from coursework and course selection to applications — and the expectations and communication styles of Chinese families.
Tony 来美十五年，完整经历过美国的教育体系——在加州橙县的一所私立高中完成高中学业，并于宾夕法尼亚大学 University of Pennsylvania 完成大学学业。长期的在美经历，使他既理解国际学生初到美国时的适应挑战，也理解华人家长的焦虑与信息差。Tony has been in the U.S. for fifteen years and experienced the full American education pipeline — completing high school at an Orange County, CA private high school and college at University of Pennsylvania. He understands both the adjustment challenges international students face and the anxieties Chinese parents navigate.
